Requirements for pharmaceutical facilities, including pipes and components of stainless steel are subject to the stringent standards to meet the health authorities' requirements.
Valitech have years of experience in specifying these requirements against subcontractors and subsequently verifying that the performed work and installation complies with the specified requirements.
We can assist you with the entire process. From drawing up specifications for components and welding work; Selection of suitable subcontractors; Control of the ongoing work and finally handing over the installation including approval of documentation. This is important when an installation is later qualified and subsequently inspected by national or international health authorities such as FDA.
Our specialty and core competence covers especially installations in stainless steel and control of welds performed with TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas).
Valitech has several times in recent years assisted large Danish pharmaceutical companies internationally, with quality-control of welds, components and documentation. This control is typically done at the supplier and/or on customer site.
All documentation and reports can be prepared in the English language.
